Transforming and innovating for Kingston
To address the council’s financial position and meet new demands and pressures the council needs to shift its operating model and develop a new system for the future. Our transformation ambitions, launched in 2020, provide the structure and focus to enable the council to respond to challenges whilst driving efficiencies and making positive changes.
