Let us know about changes as soon as possible to ensure you’re paying the right amount of council tax.
Changes to circumstances may impact any discounts or exemptions you receive, or you may become eligible to receive a discount or exemption.

How to tell us about a change
You can use our general enquiries form if you’ve changed your name or need to tell us about a mistake on your bill or another change.
If you receive a Council Tax reduction you will need to also report the change to the Benefits team.
