Housing Allocations consultation
It is proposed that we changes our Housing Allocations policy to comply with the welfare benefit rules. All Council and housing association homes we nominate to, would be let on the basis that two sons or two daughters would share a bedroom if they are under 16, even if there is an age gap of seven years or more.
