Report a problem with street lights

A lit sign is any highway sign that has a light attached to it. 

Call us on 0208 547 5000 to report a dangerous lit sign. A street light is dangers when:

• it is leaning or fallen
• the inspection door missing
• wires are exposed
• it is smoking or sparking

If you see a dangerous lit sign after 5pm you can call our out of hours number 020 8547 5800 to report this.

Report an issue with a lit sign

If you see a broken lit sign you can report it using the map below.

3. Proceed to fill in the short form.
