Report a dangerous street light 

Call us on 0208 547 5000 to report a dangerous street light. A street light is dangers when: 

• it is leaning or fallen
• the inspection door missing
• wires are exposed
• it is smoking or sparking

If you see a dangerous street light after 5pm you can call our out of hours number 020 8547 5800 to report this. 

Report an issue with a street light

If you see a broken street light, you can report it by using the map below.

Before you fill in the form you will need to know the:

• location of the street light
• unique street light reference number painted on the column

You can:

1. Use the search bar on the map to search for a location, address or street.
2. Select the street light
3. Proceed to fill in the short form.

You should report any fault relating to a Red Route (A3) directly to Transport for London (TfL)
