If you are a young person who needs support, we can help you. We all worry from time to time. We can help you find the right kind of service or support for whatever worries you.
You can:
- call us between 8:00am -5:15pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm 020 8547 5008
- or call the out of hours duty team (evenings and weekends) 020 8770 5000
- or call 999 if you are in immediate danger
