For births, deaths, marriages or civil partnerships that took place outside of Kingston, contact the local register office. Visit GOV.UK to find the correct register office.
Cost and delivery times
Standard service
Standard service copy certificates cost £12.50 each.
Standard orders are posted 2nd class Royal Mail within 5 working days. You can also collect from our office, we will call you when they are ready to collect.
Priority service
Priority service copy certificates cost £38.50 each. You need to order by 12pm.
Priority orders are issued the same working day and posted 1st class. You can also collect from our office in person, these will be available between 1pm to 4pm the same day.
Order online
You can order copy certificates using our online form. You will need a credit or debit card to make a payment. Let us know if you would like to collect your order using the notes box in the application.
