We maintain a 24 hour response to emergencies. Our response to any emergency can easily be increased or decreased (it's scalable) and resources can be activated quickly.

The London Resilience Partnership develops emergency plans for the Greater London Authority. The Partnership is made up of more than 170 organisations including the NHS, transport providers and the military.
The group is ready to work together to help minimise the impacts of a major emergency. They assess what risks London faces and make plans to respond to those risks. The London Resilience Partnership has plans and protocols showing how they would deal with the impacts of different incidents. These plans are tested during multi-agency exercises and regularly updated.
