Information about potholes

Find information and reports on potholes, repair works and costs.

In 2023 we repaired 1293 pot holes across Kingston.

Our team of Highways Inspectors carry out statutory repairs across the our Highways network of roads we manage in the borough.

The network will be inspected in accordance with the Code of Practice (Well managed Highways). Roads are inspected in line with a hierarchy of roads on a monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual basis.

We also encourage residents and road users alike to report any concerns on the highway.

You can do this on our website  Report a pothole for repair

We will investigate all reports within 10 working days and request repairs where needed.
