Phone, power and water companies are responsible for repairing their own street equipment. This includes poles, manhole covers, cabinets and overhead cables.

BT cables, poles, cabinets and manholes are looked after by Openreach. Let them know about loose cables, damaged or vandalised green cabinets, damaged manhole covers, and damaged telephone poles.
