Alongside this the Council's exciting sustainable transport agenda is improving accessibility in and around New Malden. The Go Cycle programme is designed to upgrade Kingston’s sustainable transport network and create safe and accessible routes that encourage people to walk and cycle, benefit local residents and support local businesses by improving connections. There are two Go Cycle routes in New Malden: the Beeline Way, from New Malden to Raynes Park, and a route from Kingston to New Malden that is currently under construction to transform walking and cycling facilities along this corridor.
