Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP)
The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) strategically analyses and assesses the existing infrastructure provision within the Borough. It is designed to identify existing shortfalls in provision as well as accounting for the future infrastructure needs arising from any expansions/further development set out and planned for in the Council’s forthcoming Local Plan.
The IDP also provides an important framework for assessing bids for Developer Contributions (S106 and CIL). It is a live document and will be reviewed on a regular (at least annually) basis to capture (potentially) changing infrastructure priorities in the Borough.
The Council’s Infrastructure Delivery plan is currently out for consultation as part of the New Local Plan.
