If you do not pay a PCN, we may ask the courts to issue a warrant of control against the vehicle’s registered keeper.
This warrant will be passed to one of our debt collection agencies Newlyn, Empira or Equita. They will contact the keeper to request payment.
If payment is still not made, they may instruct a certified enforcement agent (also called a bailiff) to visit the keeper to secure payment.
If you have a query about a PCN which has been passed to our debt collection agency, contact them directly and they can advise you further as well as take payment.
