Renew, amend or cancel your permit
Find out how to renew, amend or cancel any kind of parking permit.
Login to your account to:
- renew your permit up to 1 month before it expires
- change your vehicle, including adding a temporary one
- update your address
- cancel your permit if it has 3 months or more remaining
If you set up your account before 1 October 2024 you will need to reset your password with your username (email) through the forgot password link the first time you log in after 1 October 2024. Please check junk/spam folder when you do this.
Renew
Your permit is available to renew 1 month before the expiry date. A renewal button will appear on your permit in RBK Parking Permit Portal
You can renew your permit any time after this button has appeared up to the day before permit expiry.
If your permit is due for renewal you will be sent the details you will need to renew it. If you have not received this notice you can contact us (during office hours).
If your permit has already expired
The renewal button will disappear on the expiry date. You will no longer have the option to renew the permit and you’ll need to complete a new permit application. Our team is unable to reinstate the renewal option once it has expired.
