Business parking vouchers
Buy parking vouchers to allow visitors to park in the street outside your business.
They allow people to visit your business during restricted parking hours in a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ).
The vouchers can be used by businesses in:
- Zone R (Riverside)
- Zone S (Surbiton)
- Zone T (Oak Hill)
- Zone V (Villiers)
Vouchers can be used in any shared use bay or permit holders bay excluding where it states resident permit holders only. You do not need to have a parking permit to buy visitor vouchers. You do not need to have a parking permit to buy visitor vouchers.
Activate a visitor session
To use your purchased vouchers, you must activate each visitor session through your RBK permit account. If you set up your account before 1 October 2024 you will need to rest your password through the forgot password link the first time you log in after 1 October 2024. Please check span/ junk email when you do this.
You’ll need to enter the vehicle registration number (VRN), the start date and the time.
When logged in, you can:
- see the duration of the sessions in the visitor permit type under ‘permit duration’
- see the number of sessions where it states the number of permits
- edit the vehicle on an active session at any point by clicking ‘edit vehicle’
How much it costs
It costs:
- £1.25 for 1 hour
- £3.50 for 6 hours
- £7.00 for 24 hours
The minimum single purchase is 10 sessions. Refunds can be given to unused voucher sessions.
Buy vouchers
Login to your RBK Parking Permit Portal account and select the relevant visitor permit type.
You will need to upload the necessary evidence and the application will be subject to approval.
Each business can buy up to 200 sessions a year.
Paper vouchers (scratchcards)
If you do not have access to the internet, you can use paper vouchers for your visitors to visit your business in the eligible CPZs.
The scratch cards are sold as a book of 10. You can buy up to 10 books in one order.
A maximum of 20 books (200 scratch cards) can be used per address, per year.
To buy a scratch card book, call 0345 319 9636 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). You will need to provide 2 proofs of address.
