Our Biodiversity Action Plan benefits the community by protecting and enhancing our local habitats and the species they contain, and improving the natural environment.

We are lucky to have 12 nature reserves in the borough that are owned by the council, including Tolworth Court Farm Fields, Hogsmill Valley River Park and The Wood and Richard Jefferies Bird Sanctuary.
