We will only remove: 

• racist, offensive or abusive graffiti
• graffiti from our own property

If you see graffiti, you can report it by using the map below. 

You can:

1. use the search bar on the map to search for a location, address or street
2. click on the map to place a pin
3. proceed to fill in the short form

Or make a report using the form

If you have accessibility requirements or difficulties using the map you can make a report using the form. Note that the form will be reviewed manually and may take longer to action.

Graffiti on our own property

For example, underpasses, buildings, parks and other public areas (unless owned by Transport for London).

We will remove graffiti within 10 working days once reported. 

If the graffiti is racist, offensive or abusive graffiti we will remove it within 1 working day.

Graffiti on private property

Businesses and shops are responsible for removing graffiti from their own property.

We will not remove graffiti found on:

• Private properties
  Unless it is racist, offensive or abusive
• Railway property that is inaccessible without trespassing
  This should instead be reported to Network Rail by calling 0845 711 4141 or reporting online using their Community and Support website page
• Street utility boxes
  This is the responsibility of the relevant telecom or electricity company. If you are not sure who owns it and there is no contact details available, you will find that most boxes have a manhole cover in front of them that will show the name of the company that owns the box. You can then report this directly to the company to remove.
• Bus shelter
  This can be reported using the Transport for London website
• Phone box 
  This can be reportedusing the BT website

Tips for preventing graffiti

• think about using anti-graffiti paint
• plant shrubs or climbers next to walls and fences if possible
• keep a small tin of matching coloured paint to hand for painted surfaces
• remove it quickly and often - vandals are less likely to target you then
