We have developed a Retrofit Guidance for Households to provide information on energy efficiency improvements which can help to reduce energy bills. Measures range from simple, low-cost energy saving tips through to deep, whole house retrofit measures.
This guidance has been produced to help Kingston residents to consider retrofitting their homes, what steps they can take to do this and how they can seek both financial and planning assistance.
