Your notice booking is accepted on the following conditions:
The notice booking fee paid is non-refundable unless you cancel at least 10 working days prior to your appointment.
All appointments can be rescheduled once (subject to availability) and you must provide a minimum of 72 working hours’ notice. Any subsequent changes to the appointment will result in forfeiture of your notice booking fee.
The notice booking fee shall be credited towards the fee of your appointment. You will be liable for the greater difference between the notice booking fee and the cost of your appointment which is to be paid at your appointment. In the event there is a lower difference between the booking fee and the cost of your appointment then no refund shall be due by the booking service.
If you are subject to in the event your notice appointment requires the clearance of foreign divorce paperwork by the registration service. An administration charge over and above the notice booking fee must be paid to the registration service.
Should you fail to attend your appointment then you will forfeit your notice booking fee.
The registration service shall not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
If such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. A Force Majeure Event for the purposes of these terms and conditions means war, civil war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, governmental action, fire, flood, severe weather conditions, pandemic or epidemic or any other act or matter which notwithstanding the reasonable diligence and foresight of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and its partner providers, is beyond their reasonable control.

In the event of a Force Majeure event, the Registration Service will endeavour to ensure you will be seen at the scheduled appointment however the registration service reserves the right to re-arrange your appointment.
A Force Majeure Event for the purposes of these terms and conditions means war, civil war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, governmental action, fire, flood, severe weather conditions, pandemic or epidemic or any other act or matter which notwithstanding the reasonable diligence and foresight of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and its partner providers, is beyond their reasonable control.
