Garden waste collection

We’ll email you and leave a message on your garden waste bin to remind you when your subscription is ending.

Renew during the last 30 days of your subscription and your collections will continue with no break.

Price increase from 1 April 2025

We review our garden waste service fees every year, and we’ve increased the subscription fee to £101 for 2025.
Your renewal cost will depend on when your current 12-month subscription ends.

Renewals cost:

• £95 if your current subscription ended on or before 16 March 2025
  £101 if your current subscription ends on 17 March 2025 or after - this is because your existing subscription already provided you with collections until the end of March 2025

Manage or cancel your subscription

You'll need the same email address you used to sign up.

Manage your garden waste subscription

You can use this service to:

• check your renewal date
• add or remove bins from your subscription
• cancel your subscription

If you cancel in the middle of your subscription, your collections will stop but we will not refund your subscription fee.

We’ll remove your garden waste bins if your subscription ends. 

Moving house

If you move somewhere else in Kingston and want to continue your subscription at your new address, call the contact centre on 020 8547 5002.

You should take your garden waste bin with you when you move.
