On collection days
Make sure that your bins, boxes or sacks are:
- out by 6.30am on the correct collection day
- visible on your property boundary (or as close as possible) without blocking the pavement
Bank holidays
We collect bins as normal on all Bank Holidays except:
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year's Day
